My bias (short-sighted limitations, if you prefer) as a Higher Ed professional leads me to be concerned about the pragmatism of these innovative docs. They seem to include a very new and innovative way of administering a college but lack detail about how that would be operationalized.
One Example:
"The Administration (except the president) reports to AdCil..."
One implication of this suggestion is that Antioch will develop, among other things, a new Higher Ed Human Resources paradigm of 'supervision by committee'.
Such a proposal, it seems to me, would be very difficult for the BOT to approve due to the potential liabilities and complexities for the UE767 contract.
